Single Sessions - $200
Caregiver Clarity Session
For caregivers who are overwhelmed, in crisis-mode or navigating daily support for a loved one. This session is designed to get you out of survival and into a plan. We’ll talk through your biggest stressors, identify urgent needs and create a plan forward -together.
1-hour coaching session, you’ll get:

End-of-life Planning Support Session
Planning for this can feel like trying to assemble furniture without instructions - confusing, frustrating, and full of unexpected pieces. You might be navigation medical decisions, paperwork, family dynamics, or just a deep sense of emotional overload. You don’t have to it alone.
This session is your sacred pause-a grounded, heart centered space to breathe, ask questions and get the guidance you need.

Advance Directives & Healthcare Proxy Guidance Package - $500
"Winging it" is great for road trips, not so much for medical decisions. This package walks you through everything you need to complete your advance directives so your wishes are clear, legal, and easy to follow (no family debates required).
This package includes:
✔ Two 60-minute sessions where we complete your advance directive together
✔ Guidance on choosing a healthcare proxy who actually knows what you’d want when you're unable to advocate for yourself
✔ Email access for follow-up questions
✔ Finalized documents that reflect your choices and values, so your voice is heard when you are unable to speak up
